The Fourth Annual Medoc Meltdown Fat Ass 50k will be held on Saturday, August 20 in Medoc Mountain State Park. The course is run on an 8.7 mile loop and runners have the choice of doing 1,2,3 or the full 4 loops for the 'total Meltdown'.
